Shell access/SSH and Telnet

Unfortunately we do not offer SSH (Shell) or Telnet access to our shared hosting servers at this time. In the past, this access caused issues and made our servers unstable. It was removed to protect the hosting accounts on the servers from service interruptions. As an alternative to Telnet, we recommend using FTP (Note: SSH access is available to VPS users)
